We can ship to any address in the world. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping cost based on the shipping options you choose. Depending on the destination shipping dates can vary, see table below for an estimate. Our product is personalized so add 2 to 3 days to delivery time for your cups to arrive at your house.

At Twist-id Products we hope you are delighted with your order. If you aren’t happy with your purchase you can return your product within 14 days for a refund. Original delivery charges will not be refunded unless the product is faulty and the return delivery charges will be at the expense of the customer. You should always check with us before returning the product to ensure this falls within the specific product refund policy.
Custom or personalized cups that are specifically made to customers specifications will not be provided a refund unless the product is incorrect and/or faulty, not doing what the product supposed to do or significantly differ from what is described to the customer:
All items eligible for a refund must comply with the following conditions:
•All items must be returned in their original unused condition
•Customers should return the goods at their own expense, notifying us by requesting a return
•All orders remain the liability of the customer until received by the Twist-id Products – please retain proof of postage and postal insurance is recommended
If you wish to return an item that you believe is faulty or defective, please let us know within 14 days of delivery. Twist-id Products will refund in full your postage costs for the particular product. You will be offered a full refund.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
